The Rockets have not played well this season at just 7-11 S/U and 4-14 ATS. At home they have been horrible for bettors, going a dismal 1-10 ATS in 11 tries. The Rockets defense has been horrible, allowing over 100 points in every game this season but one. In fact, they have allowed 110 or more in three straight games, including Monday's loss at Detroit, 116-105. New Orleans hasn't been very good either, going 4-13 S/U and 6-11 ATS. However, the Pelicans have covered four of their last six games and won three of their last five. New Orleans has done well against the Rockets, covering five of the last seven and going 15-6-1 the last 22 meetings. As long as this Houston defense is this bad, they will continue to fail covering spreads. I'm taking the Pelicans plus the points here on Wednesday.
