HANDICAPPING THE NBA INJURY REPORT Wednesday 1-28-15
Every day I look at the NBA injury report. I start off with the first team and see who is listed on the report. These are the average number of points these teams will be without tonight.
HERE IS MY TABLE FOR CALCULATING INJURIES:
OUT: Take players average points per game and multiply by 1 DOUBTFUL: Take players average points per game and multiply by .75 QUESTIONABLE: Take players average points per game and multiply by .50 PROBABLE: Take players average points per game and multiply by .25
Here are the results for today’s NBA matchups for Wednesday 1-28-15!  Beside the team you will find the calculated Rocketman Injury Rating.  The Higher the Injury rating means the more points per game they will be without.

Hope this helps out some. This system hits big percentages when we have a differential of 20 or more and the trends add up to leaning to that same team. It takes a little time to do this every day but it pays off in the end!   No plays for Thursday fit the 20 point differential and the trend analysis I use.
LA Clippers are healthy with no players on the injured list while Utah comes in missing 21.35 points per game according to the Rocketman Injury Rating.  This gives the edge to the Clippers.  Clippers also have the trends leaning their way here tonight so we do have a play here tonight from this two part system!

LA Lakers are missing 31.35 points per game tonight with leading scorer Kobe Bryant among those that are out and have a 31.35 point different with Washington in my Rocketman Injury Ratings.  However, my trend work has unveiled to lean to the LA Lakers in this one so this would not make an official play tonight.
